
Ingredients:
Cluster beans – 250 gms, washed, both ends are cut along with fibrous edges. Cut into 1/2 to 3/4 inch pieces and keep them aside,,k
Onion – 1 medium, sliced fine,
Green chilli – 1, chopped fine,
Red chilli powder – 1/2 tsp,
Haldi – 2 pinch,
Salt,
Jeera – 1/4 tsp,
Peeled and crushed garlic cloves – 5 to 6,
White til – 2 tablesp + 2 pinch jeera, dry fried and powdered,
Dhania powder – 2 tsp,
Maggi magic Masala – 1/4 tsp, or garam masala,
Mustard seeds – 1/4 tsp,
Red chilli – 1, broken into pieces,
Curry leaves – few,
Chopped coriander leaves – 1 tablesp,
Oil – 2 tablesp,
Method :
1).Heat oil in cooker, add mustard seeds, jeera, garlic, red chilli and curry leaves. Fry them for 30 seconds. till mustard crackles.
2).Add onion, green chilli, haldi, fry till onion becomes soft. Add dhania powder, chilli powder, fry for few seconds.
3).Add cluster bean pieces along with salt.Add 100 ml 0f water stir well, close the cooker and pressure cook for 3 whistles.
4).When steam escapes, remove the lid and cook for 2 more minutes ( invariably as there will be little moisture) to make the curry dry.
5).Sprinkle sesame powder, maggi masala magic powder over curry, mix well, cover and cook for few seconds. Garnish with coriander leaves and remove from flame.
6).Serve this healthy curry with plain rice/ break fast items like chapathi / poori etc.
