Quick Raw banana fry in Air fryer

Ingredients:
Raw banana – 1 medium size ( approximately about 200 to 225 gms ),
Oil – 2 Tsp,
Salt,
Red chilli powder – 1/2 Tsp,
Haldi – a pinch,
Garam masala – 1/2 Tsp,
Corn flour – 1 Tablesp,
Jeera – a pinch,
Very finely chopped coriander leaves – 1/2 Tablesp, ( optional),
Method:
1).wash, peel and chop banana into tiny 1/3 to 1/2″ pieces. Keep them immersed in water.
2).Preheat the Air fryer for 3 minutes at 200 degree C.
2).Put all powders in a plate along with 1and 1/2 tsp of oil and mix well. Keep it aside.
3).Take out the banana pieces from water into a collander, pat them with a dry cloth and spread them on a plate. Sprinkle the masala mix and gently rub the pieces with the mix so that all the pieces are nicely coated with masala.
4).Arrange the coated banana pieces on a greased alluminium plate/ non stick pan and fry them under 180 degree C for 6to 8 minutes turning them 2 to 3 times in between. Check ,if necessary continue one more minute.
5).Serve as side dish for rice preparations/ hot sambar rice / snack also.
Tip:
a). My Air fryer is Philips Air fryer. Frying time is to be adjusted as per your fryer’s power levels. .
b). As the banana pieces are small and while frying they may fall into bottom part of the basket .Hence I used my small non stick pan (without handle).
3).Try to use a fork to turn the pieces.(in general in Air fryer ).
