Plantain bajji

Ingredients:

1 raw plantain (Medium cut into 1/4 roundels)
Ginger
1 tsp green chilli paste
1/4 tsp ajwain
1/8 tsp baking soda
Coriander leaves (finely chopped)
1tbsp salt

Method:

1. Prepare batter with the above ingredients (Except plantain slices and oil),into medium thick batter.
2. Drain out all water from the plantain slices,dip each slice in batter and deep fry till light golden in colour(under medium hot).
3. serve as evening snack along with hot tea.
