Ingredients:
Eggs – 2 to 3,
Onion – 1 medium,sliced fine,
Green chilli – 3 ,chopped fine,t
Haldi – 1 pinch,
Salt,
Oil – 1 Tablesp, ( a little more )
Ginger garlic paste – 1/4 Tsp,
Dhania powder – 1/4 Tsp,
Jeera – 2 pinch,
Chopped coriander leaves – 1 Tsp,
Small tomato – 1,chopped fine ,
Method:
1).Whisk eggs in a bowl and keep it aside.
2).Heat 2 Tsp of oil, add haldi, dhania powder, jeera and fry for few seconds. Add onion, salt, chilli,ginger garlic paste and fry till onion turns soft. Add tomato, chopped coriander and fry for few seconds.
3).Cool the masala and add it to the egg solution.Whisk thoroughly and pour on a nonstick pan. Spread a little.Drizzle the remaining oil and lightly brown it on both sides.
4).It can be enjoyed with rotis/ breads/ rice preparations/ and as a snack.
