Cucumber Chutney with mustard paste

This is a simple side dish chutney with cucumber ( Yellow Dosa Kaya used for curries ) and enriched with mustard and sesame paste.
Yellow cucumber/ Guntur dosakaya – 125 Gms,
Red chilli – 5,
Haldi – 1/8tsp,
Oil – 1Tablesp,
Peeled garlic – 4 cloves,crushed roughly,
Jeera – 1/4 Tsp,
Mustard seeds – 2 Tsp,
White til/ sesame seeds – 1 Tablesp,
Curry leaves – few,
Chopped coriander – 1 TSP ( optional ),
Tamarind paste – 1/2 TSP,
Hing – 2 pinch,
Red chilli – 1 cut into pieces,
1).Dry fry mustard , til and red chillies ,make a course powder.Keep aside.
2).Wash, peel and cut cucumber into small pieces.Keep it aside.
3).Take cucumber pieces in a blender,add salt,jeera,tamarind paste,crushed garlic,and run the blender, pulse once or twice.Remove into a bowl.
4).Add mustard til paste and mix well.
5).Heat oil, add a pinch of mustard seeds,hing,haldi, and curry leaves ,fry for few seconds and pour this over prepared chutney.Mix well and serve this delicious ,tangy cucumber chutney as side dish with hot plain rice along with little ghee/ curd rice.
