Easy Mutton Fry

Lamb mutton – 300 Gms, ( washed and cut into bite size pieces),
Onion – 2 medium, sliced very fine,
Curd – 2 Tablespoons,
Green chilli – 2, slit lengthwise,
Red chilli powder – 1/2 Tsp,
Haldi – 1/8 Tsp,
Oil – 3 Tablespoons,
Dhania powder – 1 Tablesp,
Jeera powder – 2 pinch,
Garam masala – 1/2 Tsp,
Curry leaves – 6to 8,
Kasuri methi – 1/8 Tsp,
Ginger garlic paste – 1/2 Tsp,
Cloves – 2, Cinnamon – 1/4″ pieces -2,
Chopped coriander leaves – 1Tablesp,
1).Mix mutton pieces with little salt, haldi and curd. Keep it for 20 minutes. Cook it in pressure cooker with 200 ml.of water for 4 to 5 whistles.
2).when the cooker is cool,remove the lid and Keep it aside.
3).Heat oil in Kadai, add cloves, cinnamon, curry leaves and fry for a second. Add onions and green chilli. Fry till onion becomes pink and soft.
5).Add ginger garlic paste, and fry till raw smell goes. Add dhania powder, jeera powder,garam masala, and chilli powder. mix well and cook for 2 minutes.
6).Add mutton pieces along with water and cook till the curry becomes dry. Sprinkle crushed kasuri methi and mix well. Keep on fire for a second and garnish with finely chopped coriander leaves.
7).Serve this super tasty mutton fry with roti preparations/ rice preparations/ plain rice and sambar.
