Super crispy fritters with Bajji mirchi

This snack is prepared with less spicy, long and bigger size mirchi/ chilli.
Bajji Mirchi – 10,chopped into thin strips and kept aside, ( about 120gms ),
Besan / gram flour – 200Gms,
Rice flour – 2 Tablesp,
Red chilli powder – 1/4 Tsp,
Ajwain – 1/8 Tsp,
Powder of 2 cloves,1/4″ piece of cinnamon,
Ginger garlic paste – 1/4 Tsp,
Onions – medium, 3,sliced fine,
Green chilli – 2, chopped fine,
Peanuts – 25 gms, ( optional),
Curry leaves – Few, chopped fine,
Chopped coriander – 1 Tablesp,
Oil to fry,
1).Mix all ingredients ( except oil ) and prepare tight dough using minimum amount of water. Add a tsp of hot oil and mix well.
2).Heat oil and drop small portions of dough into oil under medium flame. Fry till the fritters become crispy and golden.
3).Remove them on to a tissue paper to absorb excess oil if any.
4).Serve this super crispy snack with evening tea.
