Wheat flour laddu

This wheat flour laddu is very healthy and prepared in a jiffy with jaggery which is healthier than sugar.
Ingredients:
Whole wheat flour – 2 cups,
Jaggary powder – 1 and 1/2 cup,( or a little less ),
Cardamom powder – 1/4 Tsp,
Desi ghee – 2 Tablespoons,
Coarse peanut powder – 3 Tablespoons,( dry fried ),
Any other nuts like cashew ,badam – optional
Method:
1).Dry fry wheat flour for 3 to 4 minutes under low medium flame.
2).Now add 2 table spoons of ghee and continue frying till flour changes colour to light pink with nice aroma.Add peanut powder and elachi powder to it.and keep it aside.
3).Melt jaggery with 3/4 cup water and make syrup of a little thick consistency.
4).Remove jaggery syrup from flame . Strain it to remove any dust particles. Pour this syrup into flour mixture and mix very well with a fork.
5).When the mixture is still warm make laddus of small lemon size ( with the help of little ghee smeared on the hands).
Tip:
Peanut powder gives crunchy taste in this otherwise soft laddu. If you want you can replace peanut powder with dessicated coconut powder.
