6 – eggs
2 – onions, medium, cut into small pieces
3/4 tsp – chilli paste/ 6 – green chillies
1/8 tsp – haldi/turmeric powder
1 tbsp – milk
2 tbsp – oil
1/2 tsp – ginger garlic paste (optional)
1.Beat eggs in a bowl, add milk beat again; keep aside.
2.Fry onion and green chillies along with turmeric and salt.
3.Fry till the onion is soft, add ginger garlic paste, fry till raw smell goes.
4.Pour beaten egg solution over onion mix, stir quickly under low flame.
5.Continue stirring till egg is cooked and curry becomes a bit dry and grainy.
6.Check salt and remove from fire.
7.Serve with poori/chapathi.
Tip: You can use this as a stuffing for samosa.
