Crispy masala khari

Ingredients:
All purpose flour – 75 gms,
Wheat flour – 150 gms,
Salt,
Haldi – 2 pinch,
Small packet of Maggi masala magic,
Ajwain – 1/4 tsp,
Chilli powder – 1/4 tsp,( optional when using maggi masala ),
Corn flour – 2 tablesp,
Oil or ghee – 1 tablesp for mixing with corn flour to prepare a smooth paste,
Hot oil or ghee – 4 tsp for dough,
Oil to deep fry.
Method:
1).Mix both the flours after seiving. Add salt, crushed ajwain, hot oil or ghee.
2).Blend both the flours very well. Add water in batches to prepare a smooth but little firm dough. Keep it aside for 15 minutes.
3).Devide the dough into 4 parts.Prepare round rotis. Smear the corn flour paste and sprinkle some flour on it. Repeat all the rotis and arrange them on one over the other after applying corn flour paste.
4).Make book fold and keep it in fridge for 1/2 hr. Remove from fridze, again make a bigger chapathi and cut it into 1 inch little thick pieces. Heat oil in kadai and lower the flame. fry the khari pieces on low to medium flame till they turn light golden in colour.
5).Take a box add 2 pinch salt, red chilli powder, 2 pinch haldi, Maggi masala magic powder. Mix the powders well. Fill the box with prepared khari ,close and toss them well. Remove the lid and enjoy with evening tea or coffee.
