Healthy Chaco chip cookies / Air fryer / O.T.G

This is a healthy multigrain / wheat flour chaco chip cookie and can be prepared in kadai/ Air fryer/ O.T.G,
Ingredients:
Wheat flour or multi grain flour – 1 and 1/2 Cup,
Jaggery powder – 1/2 to 3/4 cup
Pinch of salt,
Cardamom powder – 1/2 Tsp,
Vanilla essence – 1 Tsp,
Oil + melted ghee – 3 Tablesp oil+ 3 Tablesp ghee,( you can use completely oil or ghee ),
Little milk to bind dough ,
Chacolate chips – 4 Tablesp,
Baking powder – 3/4 Tsp,
Method:
1).Take oil and melted ghee in a mixing bowl. Add jaggery powder and mix well with a whisker till the ingredients are well blended.
2).Add elachi powder and a tsp of vanilla essence. Add wheat flour (i used multi grain flour ) along with 3 Tablesp chacolate chips,baking powder and a pinch of salt. Mix well till you get a pliable dough by adding little milk.
3).Prepare small balls ,flatten them and arrange them on baking tray ( with butter paper ).Press some chacolate chips on them.
4).Preheat the O.T.G for 10 min.at 180 degree C and bake the cookies for 10 to 12 minutes at the same temperature.
5).If you are using Air fryer, preheat it at 200 degree C for 5 min. Arrange the cookies on a non stick pan with out overlapping. Place the pan over Air fryer basket .Air fry the cookies at 180 degrees C for 12 to 15 min. Check after 10 min.and continue for 2 to 3 min.more if necessary.( Mine is Philips Air fryer ).
6).As baking time in O.T.G. and frying time in Air fryer varies with differant brands proceed accordingly.
Tip:
I use non stick pan in Air fryer as I do not want to clean the lower chamber of Air fryer every time i use it.You can arrange cookies on basket itself if you are comfortable.
