Simple Maggi masala bun

A bit different masala bun with flavour of maggi masala ( magic ).
Ingredients:
All purpose flour – 225 Gms,
Dry yeast – 1 and 1/4 Tsp,
Sugar – 2 Tsp,
Butter – 2 Tablesp salted or unsalted butter,
Milk – 50 ml,
Maggi masala magic packets – 2,
Salt,
Warm water for dough,
Oil to drizzle on dough.
Method:
1).Take seived flour in a mixing bowl. Make a well and pour milk, along with yeast,salt and sugar,
2).Mix flour well with the added ingredients and add butter and masala powder. Again knead the dough well adding water little by little to prepare a little sticky dough.
3).Knead the dough for 3to 4 minutes using little oil till it is soft and non sticky. Keep it covered with a damp cloth for 2 hrs to raise.
4).After 2 hrs knead the dough for a minute and prepare equal size balls. Arrange them on a greased tray and allow them to raise again. Give them milk wash.
5).Bake them for 15 to 18 minutes at 180 degree C in preheated O.T.G. You can bake them in pre heated kadai for 20 minutes. Smear the buns with little butter and allow them to cool. Serve with any gravy curry.
