Chutney stuffed karela fry in Microwave oven

This is karela fry with chutney stuffing.
Ingredients:
Karela – 4, ( 3 to 4″ size ),
Salt,
Coriander leaves – A medium bunch, washed and chopped,
Pudina – chopped, 2 Tablesp,
Peeled garlic – 6,
Jeera – 1/4 Tablesp,
Fried Channa dal – 1 Tablesp,
Green chillies – 2,
Red chilli powder – 1/4 Tsp,
Peeled garlic cloves – 4,
Jeera – A pinch,
Dessicated coconut powder – 1 Tablesp,
Oil – 3 Tablesp,
Method:
1).wash, scrape and rub some salt on the karela.Keep it for 30 minutes.After 30 min.wash again and Keep them aside.
2).Prepare chutney with pudina, coriander leaves, chillies, chilli powder, jeera, garlic, salt and coconut powder into a fine paste.
3).Slit the karela by giving a cut vertically and fill them with a 2 tsp of stuffing. Secure them with a thread so that the stuffing does not come out.
4).Arrange the karela in a microwave safe glass tray. Spread the remaining stuffing over them ( during cooking ).
5).Drizzle 2 tablesp of oil over karelas and micro high them for 8 to 10 minutes.If necessary continue cooking for another 2 more minutes.Do not forget to turn them 2 to 3 times during microwaving.
6). Remove thread and Serve the freid karela as side dish.
Tip:
A).I prefer to retain the seeds in karela ( with out removing ) especially if they are tender.
B).You can fry the karela in normal way in frying pan.
