Egg less Curd Cup Cake

Ingredients:
All purpose flour/ maida – 1 and 1/2 Cup ( with measuring cup ),
Powdered sugar – 3/4 cup,
Fresh curd – 1 Cup,
Milk – 100 ml, ( or more ),
Vanilla essence – 1/2 Tsp,
Oil – 5 Tablesp,
Tutti frutti for decoration – 2 Tablesp,
Baking powder – 2 Tsp,
Baking soda – 1/2 Tsp,
Method:
1).In a mixing bowl add curd and powdered sugar.Beat well and add oil and blend well till creamy and smooth.
2).Seive the flour, baking powder, and baking soda into sugar oil mix. Add vanilla essence and mix well adding required amount of milk to prepare batter of cake consistency.
3).Grease paper cups with little oil and pour the batter upto 3/4 th of the cups. Garnish with tutti frutti. Arrange them in the baking tray and bake in the pre heated oven for 10 to 12 minutes at 180 degree C. Alternately you can bake them in pre heated kadai or cooker.
