Ingredients:
Whole wheat flour: 1cup
Oats: 1/2 cup, powdered in a mixie like fine rawa or sooji
Powdered sugar: 1 cup
Thick fresh curds: 3/4 cup
Milk: 100 ml or as require
Oil: 5 tablesp
Lime juice: 1/2 tablesp
Baking powder: 1 tsp
Baking soda: 1/2 tsp
Vanila essence: 3/4 tsp
Cocoa powder: 1 tablesp (optional)
Almond slivers to decorate
Method:
1) Sieve wheat flour,oats powder,baking powder,baking soda,cocoa powder&keep them aside,
2) Mix curds,oil and milk. Blend well,
3) Add sugar stir till it dissolves completely,
4) Combine both the mixtures and blend well,
5) Add essence and lime juice. Mix well,
6) Smear a microwave safe baking tray with alittle butter,pour the batterinto it
7) Microwave high for 3 min,check continue for another min or 2, check with a knife whether it comes out clean,
8) Decorate with almond slivers,(you can dust the almond slivers with a a pinch of flour sprinkle them over the batter before baking.
