Quick Tomato bhaji in Microwave Oven

This simple bhaji can be prepared very quickly in microwave oven .
Ingredients:
Tomato – 3,medium,chopped into small pieces,
Onion – 1,medium,sliced fine,
Green chilli – 2,chopped fine,
Haldi – 2,pinches,
Salt,
Red chilli powder – 1/4 Tsp,
Peeled garlic – 2 cloves crushed,
Oil – 1 Tsp,( optional ),
Fried Channa dal powder – 1 Tablesp,
Sugar – A pinch,
Finely chopped coriander leaves – 1 Tsp
Method:
1).Place all the ingredients in a micro wave safe bowl (except Channa dal flour, coriander leaves and sugar) and gently crush the tomato and onion etc with hand.sprinkle a tablesp of water.
2).Cook the bhaji under micro high for 7 to 8 minutes.Stir the pieces once in between, after every 3 minutes. After 6 min of microwaving check the curry, if necessary continue for two more min.
3).Remove from oven and immediately add dal powder ( while it is still hot ) along with sugar and chopped coriander . Mix well and serve with any rice preparation / break fast items like chapathi/ Poori.
