Biscuit Cup cakes in Microwave oven

This Cup cake with Parle G biscuits is an easy recipe and quick to prepare in microwave oven.
Ingredients:
Parle G biscuits – 24,
Powdered sugar – 3 Tablesp,
Oil – 3 Tablesp,
Suji/ semolina – 5 Tablesp,
Baking soda – 1/2 TSP,
Baking powder – 1 TSP,
Tonned milk – 100 ml,(or little more),
Juice from 1/2 lime,
Chocochips for garnishing – 1 Tablesp,
Method:
1).Finely powder the biscuits in a mixie. Adid suji,sugar, baking soda and baking powder to it.
2).Run the mixie once again for few seconnds.
3).place the powder in a mixing bowl and keep on adding milk slowly to make batter of cake batter consistency,
4).Add oil ,vanilla essence and lime juice.Mix well,
5).Pour the batter in greased paper cups ,sprinkle chocochips over the batter.
6).Arrange them in microwave oven and micro high for 1 min.and 30 seconds.Check after 1 min.If necessary micro high for another 30 seconds.
7).Enjoy them with tea or coffee.
Tip:
You can arrange the paper cups in la opala tea cups ( just to hold ).
