Cauliflower masala fry in Microwave Oven.

This recipe of cauliflower masala fry is prepared in Microwave oven with minimum oil.
Ingredients:
Cauliflower – 1,medium size,approximately about 350 Gms,
Oil – 2 Tablesp,(or less ),
Salt,
Red chilli powder – 1 TSP,
Haldi – 2 pinches,
Dhania powder – 1 Tablesp,
Jeera powder – 1/4 TSP,
Ginger garlic paste – 1 TSP,
Chopped coriander leaves – 1Tablesp,
Rice flour – 3 Tablesp,
Besan – 2 TSP,
Cornflour – 1Tablesp (optional),
Dessicated coconut powder – 1 Tablesp,
Thick curd – 2 Tablesp,
Method:
1).Wash cauliflower thoroughly under tap water.Break it into small flowrettes along with stalk and keep them immersed in salted water for 20 minutes.
2).Drain and drop the cauliflower in boiling water.Remove after 3 to 4 minutes and Keep them aside.
3).Take a bowl ,add all the ingredients except oil ,coriander and coconut powder.Mix well .
4).Gently rub the masala on the flowrettes and keep it for 15 min.
5).Spread the flowrettes on a greased rectangular micro safe glass tray and micro high for 5 to 6 minutes.
6).Stir the pieces and drizzle 2 Tablesp of oil ,again mix well so that all the flowrettes are coated well with oil.
7).Again micro high for 10 min.Mix once after every 5 min.Check the pieces and if necessary continue cooking for another 2 to 3 min.
8).Sprinkle chopped coriander and coconut powder.Mix once , micro high for a min and remove.
9).Serve as side dish for rice preparations/ you can also enjoy as a snack .
Tip:
A).Instead of putting the flowrettes in boiling water you can microwave them in salted water for 3 to 4 min.Drain and use.
B).The stalks of flowrettes may take little more time to cook (in microwave).
C).The timings of cooking may vary from oven to oven.Hence try to go according to power levels of your oven.
