Aloo kothimir tikki in Air fryer

This Aloo/ potato/ urlagadda ( Telugu ) tikki is a delicious starter recipe prepared in Air fryer using minimum oil.
Ingredients;
Potato – 120 Gms,boiled and mashed.
Fresh boiled green peas – 40 Gms,
Chopped coriander – 2 Tablesp,
Garam masala – 1/4 Tsp,
Red chilli powder – 1/2 Tsp,
Salt,
Amchur powder – A pinch,( Optional),
Cashew pieces – 2 Tsp,( optional ),
White til – 2 Tsp,
Rice flour – 1 Tablesp,
Oil – 2 Tsp,
Method:
1).Mix all the ingredients except last four and grind them in mixie to a smooth paste.
2).pre heat air fryer at 200 degree C for 4 minutes.
3).Add cashew pieces and prepare round tikki of 2 to 3″ diameter out of the ground paste . Dust them with rice flour along with til and arrange them on the greased wire basket of air fryer.
4).Drizzle few drops of oil over the tikki and air fry them at 180 degree C for 15 minutes.Turn them after 10 min of cooking ,brush little oil and continue frying till they are lightly browned.
5).Serve the tikki as starter/snack.
Tip:
I prefer arranging the tikki on a greased alluminium plate to avoid repeated cleaning of the lower container.
