Microwave stuffed capsicum curry

Ingredients:

6-8 – medium green capsicum
Salt
2 tbsp – oil
1&1/2tsp – red chilli powder
2 – onions, medium, cut into fine pieces
2 tbsp – fried channa dal powder
1 tbsp – til, dry fried and powdered
1 tbsp – chopped coriander leaves

Method:

1.Make a cross cut over capsicum and carefully remove seeds; keep aside.
2.Take dal powder, til powder, red chilli powder, salt, 1 tsp oil, chopped onions and chopped coriander in a bowl.
3.Mix throughlly with fingers and keep aside for 2 min.
4.Fill the capsicums with stuffing, arrange them in a micro safe tray, sprinkle the remainig stuffing masala and oil over them.
5.Cover and cook under microhigh for 6 min (turn the capsicums once or twice).
6.Micro high for another min, without lid.
7.Check and remove, allow standing time and serve as side dish.
