Spicy bites with left over idlis

This recipe/ snack is prepared with left over idlis / fresh ones if you desire,
Ingredients\:
Idli – 4, cut each into 4 parts and keep them aside,
Salt,
Oil – 3 to 4 tsp,
Red chilli powder – 1/4 tsp,
Haldi – 2 pinch,
Maggi masala magic – 1 small packet, ( 1/2 packet is sufficient for 4 normal size idli ).
Dhania powder – 1/4 tsp,
Jeera powder – 2 pinch,
Very finely chopped coriander leaves – 1 tsp,
Method:
1).Mix all the powders along with very little salt ( 2 pinch ).Keep it aside.
2).Drizzle few drops of oil over grill pan/ non stick pan. Lightly fry the idli pieces turning them on both sides.
3).Sprinkle the masala powder mix over them along with 2 tsp. of oil.stir them quickly on both sides so that they are well coated with masala. You can toss them gently. Keep them on flame for a minute. Sprinkle coriander leaves and remove from flame.
4).Serve them as break fast item / snack /as starter – with tomato ketchup / any chutney.Actually no chutney is needed, you can enjoy them as it is.
Tip:
a).If you are using fresh idli, cool them and use.
b).Drizzle few drops of lemon juice over them just before serving if you prefer.
c).You can avoid adding salt as Maggi masala contains little salt.
