Quick and tasty cauliflower kheema cut let ( veg )

This cutlet is a quick version using grated cauliflower
Ingredients:
Firm and healthy cauliflower head – 1 approximately 250 Gms, ( separate into big florets and immersed in haldi water for 10 minutes, water drained and florets grated fine and keep aside)
Onion – 1 medium, cut into small pieces,
Green chilli – 2,chopped fine,
Red chilli powder – 1/2 Tsp,
Ginger garlic paste – 1/4 Tsp,
Salt,
Haldi – 1/4 Tsp,
Boiled potato – 2 medium,grated fine,
chopped coriander leaves – 1, Tablesp,
Maggi masala magic – 1 small packet, ( or garam masala 1/2 tsp ),
Corn flour – 2 Tablesp,(2 Tablesp for slurry ),
Frozen peas – 2 Tablesp,
Oil to shallow fry on grill pan.
Method:
1).Steam cauliflower and peas for 3 min / blanch it by putting it in hot water for 3 minutes and drain / microwaving high for 3 minutes.I used microwave oven.
2).Put the cauliflower in mixing bowl. Add all the ingredients except cornflour for the slurry and oil to shallow fry. Mix very well and prepare round tikki.
3).Prepare corn flour slurry with 3 Tablesp of water and keep it aside.
4).Heat grill pan drizzle a tablesp.of oil.bDip the tikki in corn flour slurry and fry them till light brown on both sides. Drizzle little oil over them while frying.
5).Remove the cutlets on to a serving plate. Serve them as starter / snack/ side dish for hot sambar rice.
Tip:
You can use non stick pan for frying the tikki.
