Cluster beans curry with egg ( Egg poratu /burji with cluster beans )

This is a simple and easy curry, can be served with chapathi/ poori/ as side dish for rice preparations.This recipe is best side dish with lot of benefits for diabetics.
Ingredients:
Cluster beans/ goruchikkudu in Telugu/ gawer beans – 250 Gms,
Onion – 1 medium, cut into small pieces,
Salt,
Green chilli – 5, chopped fine,
Haldi – 1/4 Tsp,
Jeera – 1/4 Tsp,
Curry leaves – A sprig,
Ginger garlic paste – 1/3 Tsp,
Eggs – 2 or 3,
Oil – 2 to 3 Tablesp,
Method:
1).Wash, cut beans into 1/2 to 3/4 inch pieces. ( removing the fibrous part while cutting ).Cook them in pressure cooker for 2 whistles with little salt. Drain the beans and keep them aside.
2).In the same cooker heat oil, add jeera,curry leaves, green chilli, onion and haldi.Fry till onion becomes soft. Add ginger garlic paste and fry till raw smell disapoears.
3).Add beans mix well and keep coverd for 2 minutes.
4).Mean while break eggs into a bowl add little salt and pour this over beans curry. Gently mix till the egg mixture blends well with the bean pieces. Keep covered for a minute and remove.
5).Serve with roti/ bread/ rice preparations.
Tip:
a).You can use this curry as stuffing in samosa.
b).Break the beans with fingers so that it will be easy to remove hard fibrous part.
