This is a quick and easy crispy snack with capsicum.
Ingredients:
Capsicum – 2,medium size,washed and cut into thin strips after removing seeds portion.( I used green capsicum ),
Salt,
Oil to fry,
Besan/ chick pea flour- 1 cup,
Baking soda – 2 pinch,
Chopped coriander leaves – 1 Tablesp,
Ginger garlic paste – little less than 1/4 TSP,
Ajwain – 2 pinch,( lightly crushed ),
Red chilli powder – 1/4 TSP,
Rice flour – 1 Tablesp,
Method:
1).Mix all ingredients for batter except oil. ( Bajji batter consistency ).
2).Dip each capsicum strip into batter,drop into hot oil and deep fry under medium low flame till light golden in colour.
3).Remove the Fritters on to a kitchen tissue to absorb oil if any.
4).Serve the snack with evening tea.
