Crispy potato bajji / Aloo bajji .

We can prepare this yummy aloo/ potato bhajji within 10 minutes.
Ingredients
Medium or little bigger potato – 2,
Besan/ Gram flour – 1 cup, heaped,
Ginger garlic paste – 1/4 Tsp,
Salt,
Chilli garlic powder / chilli powder – 1/2 Tsp, ( vellulli karam in Telugu),
Haldi – A pinch,
Baking soda – 1/8 Tsp,
Finely chopped coriander leaves – 1 Tablesp,
Rice flour – 1 Tablesp,
Ajwain – 1/4 Tsp,
Method:
1).wash, peel and cut potato into round, ( little ) thick slices with chips cutter. Keep them immersed in water till use to prevent discolouration.
2).Take besan in mixing bowl, add salt, chilli powder, rice flour, ajwain, ginger garlic paste, soda, and coriander leaves. Mix the ingredients very well and add water to prepare a ( bhajji) consistency batter. Add 2 tśp of hot oil also to the batter and mix well.
3).Drain the potato slices few at a time. Dip them in batter and drop into oil . Fry them. under medium heat till they become crispy and golden in colour.
4).Remove the bhajji on to a kitchen tissue to absorb excess oil if any.
5).Serve them hot with any chutney or sauce along with tea.
