Ingredients:
Eggs – 2,
Onion – 1,medium, chopped fine,
Green chilli – 1, chopped fine,
Ginger garlic paste – 1/8 Tsp,
Salt,
Corn flour – 1 Tsp,
Milk – 1 Tablesp,
Chopped coriander – 1/2 Tablesp,
Jeera – A pinch,
Baking soda – 2 Pinches,
Haldi – A pinch,
Oil to prepare ,
Method:
1).Take all the ingredients except oil and eggs in a mixing bowl. Mix well .
2).Break eggs in another bowl and beat well with a whisker till fluffy.
3).Add the onion mixture into egg solution and whisk well.
4).Heat a non stick tawa, grease it with few drops of oil and pour the mixture on it. Spread it into a thin layer. Sprinkle few drops of oil over the ommlette. Immeadiatly, starting from one end roll into a bundle. Press the whole bundle with back of spoon or dosa turner. Cut the bundle into 4 pieces. Turn the pieces on all sides so that they are nicely browned.
5).Serve as snack/ side dish for rice and sambar/ break fast item.
Tip:
You can use these rolls and prepare masala curry.( Ref. My recipe Egg rolls in masala gravy ).
