Maggi masala murmura / Puffed rice

This quick , tasty and crispy snack item is very easy to prepare by using very flavourful maggi masala magic powder.
Ingredients:
Puffed rice – 200 Gms,
Salt,
Red chilli powder – 1/4 Tsp,
Haldi – 1/4 Tsp,
Maggi masala magic powder packets – 1 to 2,
Desi ghee / oil – 1 Tablesp,
Peanuts – 30 Gms,( dry fried and husk removed ),
Fried channa dal – 30 Gms,
Cashew nuts bits – 2 Tablesp,
Chopped curry leaves – 1 Tablesp,
Jeera – 1 Tsp,( dry fried and powdered ),
Method:
1).Toss the puffed rice in a Collander to remove any dust. Fry them in a wide kadai / pan woke till crisp. Remove and keep aside.
2).Heat ghee in the same pan add haldi, chilli powder, 2 Pinches salt. Stir once and add peanuts, cashew nuts, channa dal, fry for 30 seconds.Now add masala powders, chilli powder, jeera powder, curry leaves and stir quickly under low flame .
3).Now add puffed rice. Stir quickly and continously for 30 seconds and see that all ingredients are mixed well.
4).Remove, cool and store in an air tight container. Serve as it is or sprinkle finelly chopped onion, coriander leaves, little lime juice and serve this tasty snack with tea.
