Pav Bread in Pressure pan

Ingredients:
All purpose flour/ maida – 2 cups ,
Oil/ butter – 2 Tablesp, ( at room temperature ),
Sugar – 1 Tablesp,
Salt – 1/2 Tsp,
Milk powder – 1 Tablesp,
Instant dry yeast – 2 Tsp,
Butter to grease,
Milk to prepare dough.
Method:
1).Sift the flour with salt.Make a well in the centre of flour and put sugar, milk powder, butter ( at room temperature ) yeast into the well.Pour milk slowly while mixing all the ingredients into a soft dough.Knead it thoroughly for 5 minutes using few drops of oil and prepare a smooth and elastic dough..
2).Cover it with a damp cloth till it raises to almost double in size.( approximately 1 to 1 and 1/2 hrs ).
3).Knead it again for few minutes and roll it into a log . Devide it into equal parts of large lemon size.( about 8 balls ).
4).Prepare smooth balls with out cracks and arrange them in a greased loaf tray with little distance between them. Cover with cloth for 20 minutes to raise again.
5).Give milk wash and bake them in a pre heated pressure pan ( with salt ) for 20 minutes under medium heat.If necessary continue for another 5 minutes.
6).When you tap baked pav with hand you can feel the hallowness from it. Remove from flame and smear butter over them. Serve with hot bhaaji.
