Kara kara ( kuri kure ) Bhendi in Air fryer

This recipe is very easy and quick to prepare with minimum oil in Air fryer.
Ingredients:
Tender bhendi – 15, washed, dried with cloth, ends cut and slit vertically into fours. ( approximately 225 gms),
Salt,
Besan – 3 Tablespoons,
Rice flour – 1 Tablespoon,
Red chilli powder – 1/2 Tsp, oaldi – A pinch,
Garam masala – 1/8 Tsp ( or chat masala),
Ginger garlic paste – 1/8 Tsp,
Oil – 1 Tablespoon + for greasing wire basket of air fryer.
Method:
1).Pre heat Air fryer for 6 to 7 min. at 200 degree C.
2).Mix the spices and flours along with salt.
3).sprinkle 2 tsp of oil over bihendi slices and toss them. Again sprinkle the masala mix over the bhendi pieces and rub the spices gently over them.
4).Arrange the coated bhendi on greased wire basket of airfryer with out overlapping.
5).Fry them for 10 minutes under 180 degree C. Stir them once after 5 min. and spray remaining 1 tsp of oil over the pieces. Stir and continue frying for another 5 min. Check and if necessary continue for anther 2 min.
6).Remove and enjoy as snack or side dish .
Tip:
Better use oil spray in all air fryer recipes.
