Cheese Poori

These poories are very tasty with nice cheesy flavour and can be served with any raitha recipe.
Ingredients:
All purpose flour/ maida – 200 Gms,
Besan – 50 Gms,
Cheese – 30 Gms
Salt,
Crushed pepper – 1 Tsp,
Cummin seeds – 1/2 Tsp,dry fried and crushed,
Very finely Chopped coriander – 1 Tsp,(optional),
Method:
1).Mix grated cheese , flours ,Cummin , pepper, coriander along with salt into a smooth,( a little ) stiff dough .
2).Make thin rounds like small size Poori and deep fry in oil till light golden in colour.
3).Serve with any raitha / pickle / Kurma.
Tip:
By using Poori press you can make thin poories/ prepare chapathi and cut it into neat rounds with the help of any lid.
