These crispy, tiny cheeselings are made with cheese and all purpose flour along with besan flour.
Ingredients:
All purpose flour – 200Gms,
Besan – 50 Gms,
Cheese. – 60 Gms, (grated ),
Red chilli powder – 1/4Tsp,
Black pepper powder – 1/4Tsp,
Buttermilk – 30 ml,
Milk as per requirement to prepare dough,
Salt,
Crushed Ajwain – 1/4Tsp,
Oil to fry,
Method:
1).Mix flours with cheese.Add all the spices, salt and butter milk.
2).Add 2 tabspoons of hot oil and prepare a little stiff dough.If necessary sprinkle little milk in preparing the dough.
3).Devide the dough into equal portions and roll them into thin rounds.Cut into tiny squares and deep fry under low medium heat to light golden in colour.
4).Remove them on to a kitchen paper to absorb excess oil.
5).Cool and store them in an air tight container.Serve as tea time snack.
Tip:
A).Avoid using chilli powder and pepper for kids.
