Quick mango and moong dal chutney in Microwave oven.

This is a mouth watering mango chutney prepared within 1 and 1/2 min in microwave oven.
Ingredients:
Green mango/ pickle mango -1,Washed ,wipe dried with a cloth and cut into small pieces along with peel,(approximately 120 Gms),
Red chilli powder – 1 Tablesp,(heaped)
Haldi – 1/4 TSP,
Salt – 1 Tablesp,(heaped),
Gingly oil – 2 Tablesp,
Hing – A pinch,
Red chilli – 1,(optional),
Methi powder – 2 pinches,
Curry leaves – 5 to 6,
Dry fried and powdered moong dal powder – 2, Tablesp,
Method:
1).Mix mango pieces,chilli powder,haldi,salt,methi powder, and moong powder.Mix well and keep it aside.
2).Take oil in a microwave safe glass bowl. Add hing,red chilli along with curry leaves and micro high for 20/30 seconds.
3).Remove and add mango mix to it and mix well.Again micro high this for a minute.
4).Remove ,mix once, check salt and serve as side dish .Goes very well with curd rice.keeps good for 1 wk if kept in fridge.
Tip:
If you prefer you can prepare it normally by giving thalimpu or tadka to the mango mixture and keeping it for 2 to 3 min.on fire.
Instead of cutting mango into pieces you can grate it and use.
