Rice flour crackers in Air fryer

This rice flour snack or pappu chekkalu in telugu are prepared in air fryer using minimum amount of oil.
Ingredients:
Fine rice flour – 250 Gms,
Fried gram flour – 3 Tablesp,
Fried and peeled ground nuts – 3 Tablesp ( crushed roughly into course powder ),
Til ( white or black ) – 1 Tablesp,
Salt,
Red chilli powder – 1/2 TSP,
Baking soda – A pinch
Oil – 1 Tablesp for dough and little for greasing the basket,
Jeera – 2 Pinches,
Method:
1).prepare dough with all the ingredients along with 1tablesp of hot oil.Keep it covered for 15 minutes.
2).Pre heat airfryer for 4 min.at 200 degree C.
3).Prepare 2″ to 2 and 1/2″ diameter round discs .Brush the wire basket with little oil.
4).Arrange the discs in air fryer without over lapping and air fry them for 10 min.at 180 Degree C.
5).Shake the basket Twice or thrice to ensure uniform frying.If necessary cook for another 2 to 3 min.
6).Once they are cool preserve them in an air tight tin or bottle.
Serve them as tea time snack.
Tip:
Adjust the timings of frying according to your air fryer power settings.
