This laddu is quick and easy to prepare.This is a healthy protein rich sweet for kids and perfect sweet even for diabetics.(of course in moderate servings).
Ingredients:
Peanuts – 200 Gms,dry fried,(no need to remove husk),
Seedless dates – 75 Gms,
White til – 75 Gms,dry fried,
Nuts – 1 Tablesp,Almond slivers and 1 Tsp melon seeds.
Cardamum powder – 1/4 Tsp,(optional),
Method:
1).Grind peanuts and til in a mixie to get a course powder.
2).Add chopped dates along with cardamum powder and run mixie for a few seconds.
3).Remove the contents and mix the nuts.Prepare laddu of desired size.
4).Store them in an air tight container.
Tip:
Reduce quantity of dates for diabetics if you desire.A good thing about dates is they have got low glycemic index.
