Chocolate Biscuits in Preasure Cooker
This biscuit is very heathy one and prepared with whole wheat flour instead of all purpose flour in pressure cooker
Ingredients:
whole wheat flour-200Gms
Dalda/Ghee-50Gms
Powdered Sugar-75Gms
Cocoa powder-1 and 1/2Tablesp
A pinch of salt
Milk-30 M.l(or as per requirement)
Vanilla Essence-1/4Tsp
Baking powder-2 pinches
Method:
1).Sift flour,cocoa,salt and baking powder.Keep it aside.
2).Beat melted ghee and powdered sugarin a mixing bowl till light and fluffy.
3).Add milk, vanila essence and mix well.
4)Add sifted flour to the above mixture and prepare a smooth and pliable dough.
5).Put the dough in between 2 greased polythene sheets and prepare a thick chapathi.
6).Cut the chapathi into roundels with a biscuit cutter (or a small lid of a bottle).
7).Arrange them a little apart on a greased cooker separater pan or a baking tray.
8).Preheat a pressure cooker with a cup of salt (or sand)and stand to keep the tray.
9).Keep the tray and bake the biscuits under medium low heat for 10min.Check and keep them for another 2min if necessary.
10).Serve them with evening tea.
