Sago Rolls in Air fryer
This yummy snack is prepared in air fryer
Ingredients:
Sago-40Gms
Potato-3,Medium size
Onion-1,small,chopped fine
Green chillies-2,chopped fine
Ginger-1/4″piece,chopped fine
Corianderleaves-1 sprig,chopped fine
Salt
Haldi-A pinch
Garam masala-1/4 Tsp
Red chilli powder-1/4Tsp
Oil-1Tablesp to grease the butter paper and to brush the rolls
Method:
1).Wash,boil,peel and mash potato with out lumps.Keep it aside.
2).Soak sago for 1/2 hr.Sqeeze all the water and add it to potato.
3).Add all the remaining ingredients except oil and mix thoroughly into a smooth mash.
4).Check salt and make 2 and 1/2 to3″rolls.Keep them aside.
5).Pre heat the air friyer at 200 degree C for 3min.Arrange the rolls on a greased butter paper on the wire rack.Spray some oil over the rolls.
6).Air fry the rolls for 15 min at 160 degree C.Shake the rolls 2 to3 times during frying.
7).Serve them as starter/tea time snack.
Tip:
You can add a tablesp of besan or corn flour if there is any difficulty in preparing the rolls.
