Yummy Chicken Legs in Airfryer
Ingredients:
Chicken legs-2
Red chilli powder-3/4Tsp
Haldi-1/8Tsp
Thick Curd-3Tablesp
Salt
Dhania Powder-3/4Tsp
Ginger and garlic paste- 1/2Tsp
Garam masala-1/8Tsp
Chopped coriander-1Tablesp
Lime juice-5 to6drops
Kasuri methi-2pinches
Corn flour-2Tsp
Oil-1 to2Tsp
Method:
1)wash the chicken legs(with little haldi smeared over them) and remove fat attached to the pieces.Make small gashes on the chicken pieces and keep them aside
2)Prepare marinade with all the ingredients except oil.
3)Smear the chicken legs with the marinade and leave it for one hr.check to see whether the marinade fills the gashes also.
4)Mean while preheat the airfryer at 200 degree c for 4min.Arrange the chicken legs on the greased wire basket.
5)Air fry the pieces for 20 min(to 25 min if the pieces are big).Spray/drizzle a tsp of oil over the pieces after 10min of frying.Turn the Pieces 2 to3times during the period of frying so that they are nicely cooked and fried on all sides
6)Serve this yummy non veg.dish with masala rice preparations.
Tip:
As i wanted to avoid cleaning bottom of basket i arranged the pieces on a greased alluminium plate and the oil oozed out during the process of frying was collected in that plate.
