Cluster Beans Chutney.

Ingradients:

Tender cluster Beans-200Gms.

Green Chillies-6,Cut each into 2.

Jeera-1/2tsp.

Garlic cloves-6.
.
Dhania seeds-1tsp.

Tamarind paste-1tsp.

Salt.

For Tempering:

Oil-3tablesp.

Mustard seeds-1tsp.

Red Chilli-1,broken into pieces.

Curry patta leaves-8to10.

Chopped coriander-1tablesp.

Hing-a pinch.

Method:

1).Wash cluster beans,remove ends and cut each into 2or3.

2).Put them in mixie along with all ingradients except ingradients under tempering.

3).Grind them into a very course paste(run mixie 2to3times each time for few seconds).

4).Heat oil,add hing,mustard seeds,curry leaves and red chilli.Fry till mustard splutters.

5).add beans paste and fry it under low flame till raw smell disappears.

6).This tasty chutney can be served with hot plain rice with a tsp of ghee/chapathi/poori
