Poha snack for kids

Ingredients:

Poha – 300gms (a bit thick variety – washed, soaked for 15mins and squeezed dry)
Powdered jaggery – 3 tbsp
Cardamom powder – 1/4 tsp
Grated fresh coconut – 3 tbsp
Nuts – cashew bits / badam slivers – dry fried
Milk – 2 tbsp
A pinch of salt – optional

Method:

1. Sprinkle milk over poha and keep it for 5 minutes.
2. Add all ingredients to poha and mix gently but throughly.
3. Serve it as an evening snack for kids.
4. This is easy on the stomch and is also filling.
