Ingredients:
100gms – coriander leaves (washed, drained & partly dried)
8 – red chillis
8 to 10 cloves – garlic
1/2 tsp – salt
1/2 tsp – jeera
1/2 tbsp – lime juice
1 tbsp – oil
1 tsp – dhania seeds
Method:
1.Heat 1tsp oil, fry red chillis, jeera & dhania seeds
2.Remove, make course powder leave the powder in the mixer)
3.Add remaining oil and fry coriander leaves under sim for 2 to 3min till they become dry
4.Add garlic cloves, stir for few seconds
5.Combine these fried ingredients & salt, to the mixer & again run it for 2 min till every thing is blended well
6.Add lime juice & run mixie for few sec & remove
7.This is a semi dry chutney served with idli/dosa/upma/pongal
8.Can be kept in fridge for a week
