Ingredients:
1 litre – sugar cane juice
1 – green chilli, chopped
1/2 inch – ginger, chopped
6 – pudina leaves
Lime juice from 1 big lime
ice cubes
Method:
1.Make a fine paste with green chilli, ginger & pudina leaves
2.Add sugar cane juice & lime juice & run mixie for 1/2 min
3.Remove half the quantity of juice, add ice cubes & run mixie for few seconds
4.Repeat the same with the remaining juice
5.Serve in a tall glass with ice cubes
