Ragi pindi dosa (Dosa with nachini flour)

Ingredients:

300 g Ragi flour (nachini flour)
3 tbsp Wheat flour
1 medium Onion (sliced)
3 Green chillies (chopped, fine)
1/2 tsp dry fried Jeera
1/2 tsp finely chopped Ginger
Salt – to taste
A pinch of baking soda
Oil to prepare dosa
1 tsp chopped Curry leaves
2 tsp chopped Coriander leaves

Method:

1 Mix all the ingredients (except oil).
2 Add water to prepare a batter of dosa-consistency and keep for 5 minutes.
3 Prepare dosa by pouring a ladleful on a non-stick dosa pan.
4 Spread it and sprinkle a few drops of oil on the dosa.
5 This dosa will be a bit thick and takes a little more time to cook.
6 Turn it and cook other side too.
7 Eat them hot with any chutney.
