Masala coated brinjal chips

Here we are using big size brinjals. Usually these brinjals are used to prepare baingan bartha/ chutney. Iam using them to prepare crispy chips coated with maggy masala magic along with some other spices.
Ingredients:
Big brinjals 6 to 8″ – washed, cut into less than 1/4 ” roundels, Keep them immersed in water to which little salt and haldi are added,
Salt,
Haldi – 1/4 tsp,
Red chilli powder – 1/2 tsp,
Maggi masala – 1 packet,
Amchur – 1 pinch ( optional ),
Dhania powder – 2 tsp,
Roasted jeera powder – 2 big pinch,
Rice flour – 1 tablesp,
Corn flour – 1 tablesp,
Oil to drizzle,
Method :
1).In a mixing bowl, add all the powders including rice flour and corn flour. Mix very well and add a tablesp of water ( or more ) and make a uniform smooth paste.
2).Remove brinjal rounds and coat them well with masala paste. Keep them for 5 minutes. Heat a grill pan and drizzle some oil on it. Place brinjal rounds on it. Fry them on both sides using little oil while frying.
3).when they are browned on both sides, remove them on to a plate. Prepare all the rounds in the same way.
4).Serve them with sambar rice / accompaniment for rice preparations.
Tip:
You can fry them in Air fryer. You can use dosa pan if grill is not available.
