Peanut cookies with jaggery

Peanuts – 1cup,heaped,dry fried, peeled and skin removed,( measuring cup ),
Jaggery – 3 Tablespoons,
All purpose flour – 4 Tablesp, or less,
Baking powder – 1/8 Tsp,
1).Remove 2 tablespoons of nuts and crush them roughly with a belan in a zip lock bag. Do not powder. keep it aside.
2).Put the nuts in( small ) mixie, using pulse, first make powder. Now add jaggery powder and again using pulse prepare creamy peanut butter. Remove into a bowl.
3).Slowly add flour little by little and try to knead into a smooth dough. Add a tablespoon of crushed nuts,baking powder while mixing.
4).Make a thick chapati ,sprinkle crushed nuts on with beian gently.Cut into 2 to 2 and 1/2″ rounds with a lid or cutter. Collect the remaining dough and prepare few more rounds.
5).Preheat a thick bottomed Kadai with a small stand. . Arrange cookies on a butter/ oil/ ghee greased plate and bake the cookies for 10 to15 minutes. When the bottom edge of cookie becomes light brown remove them. In O.T.G you can bake them at 180 degree C for 10 minutes. If necessary continue another 2 min. Serve with tea.
