Jeera biscuits with wheat flour

Whole wheat flour – 125 Gms,
Melted butter / oil – 3 Tablesp,
A pinch of baking soda,
Jeera – 1 Tablesp,
Vanilla essence – Few drops,
Milk as per requirement to bind dough,
1).Take a mixing bowl and Seive wheat flour into it. Add salt, jeera, baking soda, essence and oil.
2).Mix the ingredients thoroughly with hand .If necessary add little oil.
3).Add boiled and cooled milk spoon by spoon to bind the mixture to form a smooth dough.
4).Usually it looks crumbly but no need to worry. Devide it into two parts and try to make thick Chapathi like rounds. Cut into squares or rounds ( of normal biscuit size ).
5).Arrange them on a greased baking tray and give milk wash. Bake them in preheated O.T.G.for 10 minutes at 180 degree C.
6).Enjoy the salty jeera biscuits with evening tea. Perfect snack for diabetics.
