Bhendi Fry in Air Fryer

Ingredients:

bhendi-Medium size-12

Fresh curd-2 Tablesp

Red chilli powder-1Tsp

Haldi-A pinch

Dhania powder-1Tablesp

Fried channa dal powder-2Tablesp

Grated coconut-1Tablesp

Jeera powder-1/2Tsp

Oil-3 to4tSP

Method:

1)Wash and wipe the bhendi with a dry cloth . Cut them vertically into thin slices after discarding the ends.keep them aside

2)Mix curd with dhania powder,jeera powder,chilli powder,haldi,2tsp of oil,channa dal powder, coconut along with salt.Mix well and marinate bhendi with this masala.keep it aside for 15min.This bhendi appears very sticky but there is no need to worry..

3)Mean while preheat air fryer at 200 degree C for 3 min.

4)Arrange bhendi in a nonstick tray/steel plate and cook under 180degree c for 10 min.Turn the pieces once after 5 min.

5)By this time bhendi which is sticky initially becomes little dry.Brush oil over the pieces and again cook for 10min shaking the basket once after 5min.

6)Check and cook for another 3to 4min till bhendi is crispy and light brown in colour.

7)Serve this tasty fry as side dish for rice preparations/as a snack with evening tea.
