Vamu Aaku Bajji(Ajwain leaf bajji/fritters)
Ingredients:
Healthy ajwain leaves-15
Besan-200gms
Red chilli powder-1/2TSP
Baking Soda-1/8TSP
Crushed Ajwain-2 Pinches
Garlic paste-1/4Tsp(optional)
Salt
Oil to Deep Fry
Method:
1)Pick,wash and gently pat dry the leaves.Keep them aside
2)Mix besan,chilli powder,soda and salt,Add waterand prepare batter of bajji batter cosistancy with out any lumps
3)Dip each ajwain leaf in batter and drop it in hot oil . Fry them under medium high heat, When they become golden in colour remove them on to a paper napkin to absorb oil if any
4)This is a quick,easy and tasty snack.Serve it as evening snack along with tea
