strong>aIngredients:
Fine Rawa / suji / Semolina – 200 Gms,
Powdered sugar – 60 Gms,
All purpose flour/ Maida – 50 Gms,
Cardamom powder – 1/8 Tsp,
Nuts like cashew bits, almond slivers – 2 Tsp each,
Ghee / Dalda – 3 Tablespoons,
Method:
1).Fry rawa and maida in ghee till rawa just changes colour. Remove,.
2).In the same pan add powdered sugar with little water. Add rawa mix when sugar just dissolves. Stir well and cook till sugar blends well with flours.Add cardamom powder.
3).Continue to cook till rawa mix forms a mass and leaves the sides of kadai.
4).Transfer this mix on to a greased tray . Level it with greased laddle.Garnish with nuts. Cool and cut into desired shapes.
Tip:
Adding food colour is optional.
