Egg less Upside down Apple pudding

This pudding is very easy to prepare and requires minimum ingredients.
Ingredients:
Bread crumbs from 6 slices ,need not remove edges,
Apples,medium – 2, sliced fine vertically,(drizzle few drops of lime juice over them till use ),
Sugar – 3 Tablesp,
Cinnamon powder – 1/4 Tsp,
Nutmug powder – 2 pinches,
Any nuts or tutti frutti – 2 Tablesp,
Butter – 4 Tablesp,( melted ),
Juice from one lime,
Method:
1).combine breadcrumbs, spice powders, sugar , nuts/ tutti frutti and lime juice.Keep it aside,
2).Using little butter grease a Correct size bowl or round cake tin that can be put in a pressure cooker .
3).Arrange alternate layers of crumbs and apple slices in that greased bowl.Pour the melted butter over the crumbs mould. Cover bowl with an aluminium foil with the a string.
4).Keep a steel stand in pressure cooker along with 300 ml of water.Arrange the bowl on the stand and steam the pudding ( with out weight ) under medium fire for 20 min.( Do not let the water enter the bowl ).
5).After 20 min,check the pudding and remove the cooker from fire.Cool the pudding and serve it warm.
Tip:
You can serve this pudding with some favourite ice cream.
