Biscuit cup cakes with mango flavour

These cup cakes are egg less and prepared with Parle G Biscuits and some Tang mango powder for flavouring.
Ingredients :
Parle G Biscuits – 24 pieces,
All purpose flour/ maida – 50 Gms,( seived ),
Powdered sugar – 50 Gms,
Tang Mango powder – 3 Tablesp,
Regular cooking oil – 40 ml,( I used rice bran oil ),
Baking soda – 1/2 Tsp,
Baking powder – 1 TSP,
Vinegar – 1 TSP,
Milk – 50 ml or more to prepare batter (to cake batter consistancy ),
Method:
1).Powder the biscuits in a mixie.Remove into a mixing bowl.
2).Add maida, baking powder, baking soda,tang powder to biscuit powder and mix well,
3).Add milk slowly to the above mixture to prepare smooth batter with out lumps,
4).Add oil and mix well. Lastly add vinegar and mix thoroughly,
5).Fill the paper cups arranged in muffin mould ( up to 3/4 th) and sprinkle tutti frutti/ nuts/ chocolate chips,
6).Bake them in pre heated oven ( O.T.G ) for 5 to 7 min at 180 degree C,
7).Check and remove.Cool and serve these mango flavoured cup cakes with tea.
